Why six 90-minute calls? That's a lot of time.
Because building real systems requires real conversation. The audit agent does the interview work between calls. The 90-minute calls are where the strategy and decisions get locked. Group calls and 'office hours' don't move the needle on a problem that's specific to your business.
Do you build the system, or do I?
You. With our templates, AI assist, and your weekly call to debug and steer. If you want us to build it for you, we'll point you to our white-glove track (+$4,000) at the end of Week 2.
What if I'm not technical?
The build kits are no-code or light-code, depending on the category. Most buyers without prior dev experience finish on time. The 1:1 Zoom calls and the Slack channel are there exactly for the moments you get stuck.
Can I do this part-time?
Realistic time investment: 5-8 hrs/wk of homework on top of the 90-min call. You can fit it around a full operating role. You cannot ghost between calls.
What if I need more time than 6 weeks?
If you complete the program but the verified savings aren't there yet, we'll extend you 2 weeks at no charge OR refund. Your call.
